Dr. Kate Amrine is a trumpet player and educator based in New York City. As a performer, she is often playing trumpet in a variety of different settings including Broadway, classical, commercial, and more. She especially loves being involved in theater productions, working with composers to develop new pieces, and playing chamber music.

Kate is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University, maintains her own private studio, and teaches masterclasses at schools and universities across the country.
